How can you guys create your own gluten free baking home?
I hear so many stories saying about how it was a disaster, I’ve given up trying and in a couple of instances given up cake!! So as always with me there’s a story behind everything so here is the detail...
There is the choice of two varieties; Victoria Sponge and Chocolate Cake, they have been tested for gluten content and nutritional value (dry mix only) because you guys can freestyle your filling to be fresh cream, vanilla buttercream, chocolate buttercream, jam, nutella (yes its GF). The cake makes an 8 inch round cake or 16 cupcakes, the really clever thing is that they can be adjusted to be dairy free, my note is the chocolate cake contains bournville which contains trace of milk due to manufacturing methods but I advise anyone wanting to have a gluten and dairy free version to contact me directly and I can advise appropriately as to how achieve this and create a perfect cake .
In November 2016 around 20 volunteers from all over the UK were sent the GF flour blend, with instructions and every single one worked perfectly, I wanted to test that it worked in your ovens, with your mixers and various levels of baking experience & knowledge, it was simply brilliant!!
