Christmas Market Time!

Crickey, how can it be nearly that time of year again? My main thought is where on earth has this year disappeared to? So much positive and amazing things have happened or happening within the business yet so much not so brilliant stuff outside the world of cakes but with your best mate by your side, you slowly try to conquer your demons one day at a time. So after bonfire night the focus is Christmas, with Christmas cakes (I’ve had a chat with the decorating fairy), delicious award GF taste of winter brownies can come out of hibernation and digging out GF Yule logs recipes plus I am very excited to have treated myself to a couple of training days at Welbeck Estate including learning about more gluten free festive treats in December but first of all I have my second busiest event of the year at Derby Roundhouse on the 12th & 13th November as part of Fabulous Places Christmas Market and so the menu has been finalised, I have opted to try taking more of my brownie selection versus cake cake as they are always so popular so here goes;

Gluten free options:

My award winning triple chocolate brownie
Award winning taste of winter brownie which has festive spices of nutmeg & cinnamon

Bakewell tart
Christmas cake
My All Mine Cakes creates Little Puddings award winning Sticky Toffee Pudding and melt in the middle Chocolate Brownie Pudding

My award winning lime & coconut cake
Chocolate brownie

Christmas cake

There is always the potential of additional choices being added once business orders placed. Obviously those of you who have visited the Roundhouse Christmas Market will know just how brilliant it is and how busy it can become. I am more than happy to take reservations to avoid disappointment, we are happy to hold on to your goodies to save you carrying them around with you and just to let you guys know we don’t accept card payments, there is a cash machine in the venue but again often a huge queue and last year ran out of pennies by Saturday afternoon so my hints and tips are to bring some cash, reserve because so many people come back and we have sold out and enjoy an truly amazing, beautiful event….See you there, we are the 2nd stall in on the left hand side of the roundhouse building, so walk in and we are near enough where we were at the Summer Market  x x
