Is Love In The Air?

Dare I say Valentines Day is just around the corner and whether you love it or hate it there is no escaping the 14th February? How many of you are daydreaming of being spoilt by a bunch of red roses, a romantic meal for two or receive an anon card from a secret admirer? The alternative angle is that you will cry over a loved one who dumped you, broke your heart, make you reflect on being single at 37 or simply hate the commercialism of it because in my opinion you should show your love 365 days a year because you never know what life will throw at you however for all of those who struggle to show their affection or emotions go on do it, buy your girlfriend, boyfriend, fiancé, wife, husband or love of your life a bunch of flowers, something they will love or just do a simple thing which doesn’t cost a penny like give them a kiss, make them a cuppa or discover that big white machine in the kitchen and empty the dishwasher or put on a wash but whatever you do don’t mix whites and colours because you really will be in the dog house!! As a business of course I have to offer something for to enjoy at Valentines Day and this year offers the choice of my gluten free chocolate fudge cakes with the decoration of chocolate hearts which are available to purchase from Gonalston Farm Shop and The Real Milk Company, those of you who follow my social media pages will probably be sick of me posting about them? For those cooking a romantic dinner for two there is also the choice of my All Mine Cakes creates Little Puddings at Gonalston Farm Shop in the chillers and why wouldn’t you cook a meal because their rump steak is half price until Tuesday so whether you can’t be bothered with it all or thinking about spoiling your loved one this year there is something for everyone or  as I was told the other day through giggling apparently M & S have a fabulous meal offer which will be enjoyed for 2 meals back to back whilst scoffing one of my chocolate cakes for lunch x x x
