It's Time

Now this is the ultimate of multi tasking and money saving, I am currently at the hairdressers waiting for my colour to do its magic so instead of reading crap reality magazines (who I haven’t a clue who the people are and really don’t care if they are pregnant, having an affair or lost/gained weight), I am sat writing an email which will be copy & pasted to be my latest blog post so I look like a phone addicted woman however I am being productive and maximising time. So how are you all doing? It’s nearly the end of January and you survived! How did those resolutions go? Are they still going? Here at All Mine Cakes I am not quite sure where this year is going, we are planning, problem solving, having numerous meetings to create the tearoom, I know some of you are missing Friday cake club but I promise it will be worth it and you will be able to have access to so much more cake and yumminess, the businesses are increasing their orders to support me during this time, we have decided to continue its suspension, I’m sorry!! There are still the occasional bits & bobs available which are posted via my social media pages and of course we will be having the delicious GF chocolate fudge cakes with the chocolate hearts for Valentines Day which are also going to be available at Gonalston Farm Shop. So we are at the point when I need to put my big girl pants on, the tearoom is developing as we are now able to see the build, visualise it’s layout and being able to see the future, as I have mentioned before in previous blogs this dream can’t be created just by myself and we are now at a point to initiate phase 1 of the tearoom recruitment, I have contacted the lovely Cheryl from Peak HR to help me with this process so if anyone is interested it’s time to start polishing your CV’s, it’s going to take a couple of weeks to get everything organised however we are hoping to recruit a general manager, chef & cake baker, people with a passion for food, flavour, baking and quality service...We are working on so many fabulous things to make the tearoom a very special place and hopefully one day once we are open you will visit and discover it's magic!!
